COLBY COMMUNITY COLLEGE ASSISTANT COACH
• Integral part during the 2015-16 season with the Trojans, registering a 19-15 overall record, the most wins since the 2008 season
• Recorded 36 wins at Colby Community College from 2015-2017
• Recruited and assisted in the development of 2015-2016 starting point guard, who was chosen First-team AllConference and First team All-Region
• Responsible for recruiting and evaluation of prospects covering regions all over the United States as well as internationally
• Recruited Brian Starr; selected First team All-Region and First team All-League
• Recruited Hassan Attia; selected Defensive Player of the Year and Second team All-Conference
• Oversee student-athlete academic progress (class attendance, study hall, individual player meetings, etc.)
• Liaison between players, parents and coaching staff
• Assist in game preparation and strategy for upcoming opponents including game scouting reports, game plan implementation, and player breakdowns
• Assist in overseeing the Colby Trojan summer basketball camp

• Head coach of the 6th grade team comprised of boys all throughout Northwest Kansas

• Developed a team of 6th graders that logged a record of 25-8 during the summer and placed 2nd in the MAYB Summer Kick-Off Classic

 In addition to his relentless work ethic, Coach Jolley takes pride in being a coach of both basketball and life.
Rooted in his experience as a player coach, Jolley understands the importance of guidance and building lifelong relationships with his players. Along with being an active coach for 4 years, Jolley’s 20 years of playing experience only serve to contribute priceless tools to his philosphy as a coach.

WHY JOLLEY?

Coach Jolley has had the honor and priveledge of playing basketball all over the world; 13 countries to be exact. In the time spent playing overseas, Jolley’s personable and approachable nature allowed him to develop flourishing relationships with basketball communities in every country he has visited. Along with his ability for international outreach, Jolley has maintained deep roots in the Washington, D.C. Metropalitan area (rated by ESPN as the best place for youth basketball.) Growing up, Jolley was quickly humbled by playing against some of the toughest players in the nation. Jolley attributes his experience of playing JUCO basketball, along with now coaching it, to better understanding the daily grind and work ethic needed to achieve at the highest level as a coach.
